Delivery Policies

PLEASE ENSURE THE CORRECT DELIVERY AREA IS SELECTED AT CHECKOUT
Incorrect delivery area will NOT be delivered and a refund will be issued.If unsure of a delivery area  please contact us before placing the order and we can advise.

A full address and contact telephone number is required for all orders and for rural areas directions would be most helpful. Eircodes are requested for rural areas if at all possible..

Delivery service takes place Monday to Saturday between the hours of 10:30 and 17:00. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays. If an order is received for a Sunday it will be delivered the next working day.

.Please see list of areas that are covered.Due to the wide area covered specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. An exception is made for all sympathy orders being delivered to a church or funeral home.

If the recipient is not present when the delivery is attempted, it is common practice to leave the gift with an immediate neighbour and leave a card in their letter box informing them where their delivery has been left. If a neighbour is not available, a card is left in the recipients letter box inform,ring them that a delivery was attempted and to contact the shop to arrange collection or an alternative delivery time.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery available for all orders placed before 5pm.

On rare occasions additional delivery charges may apply if an order is being sent to a remote location or an area where there is a gap in the network coverage. Should this be the case we will contact you, in advance of delivery, to advise if any additional charges are applicable or if the address is a non-delivery area.
